【PA6】

PA6的一般性能
尼龙 6（PA6）是由环己内酰胺开环缩聚而成，PA6 首先由德国的BASF 联营公司于1937 年开

发出来，1942 年正式工业化生产。聚酰胺大分子结构中含有大量的酰胺基团，大分子末端为氨基或羧基，是一种

强极性，能形成氢键且具有一定反应活性的半结晶性聚合物。PA6为单斜晶系呈平面“锯齿形”，形成α和γ型结

晶，通常结晶度为20-30%，结晶密度为1.24g.cm-3[2]。由于结晶度小，有大量的酰胺键分布在非晶区中，这部分

酰胺键可以与水分子配位，即具有吸水性。PA6具有优异的综合性能：强度高、韧性较好（湿态）；耐油、耐有机

溶剂、耐化学药品性能好；摩擦系数小，自润滑性能优良；加工性能好，因此得到广泛的应用...【PA6】
