ABS material characteristics: non-toxic, odorless, opaque plastic.     因此ABS耐击性高，耐磨性好，耐油性好，尺寸精度高。表面易电镀、喷油，耐热性不高，耐低温性不好，易燃，不透明，耐候性不好，特别是耐紫外线性能不好，易发生氧化分解。ABS属于无定形聚合物，无明显熔点，牌号不同，工艺条件有较大差别，熔融温度217~237℃，热分解温度大于250℃。ABS粒料表面极易吸湿，使成型塑件表面出现玟痕，色纹等缺陷。因此成型前必须进行干燥处理。ABS熔融湿度范围较宽，流动性属中等，燃烧时冒黑烟  ABS料的特性：无毒、无味、不透明塑料。ABS是由三种组分的综合性能，丙烯腈可使ABS具有较高的强度、硬度、耐热性、耐化学腐蚀性。丁二烯可使ABS具有弹性和较高的冲击强度。笨乙烯则可使ABS上具有优良的介电性能及成型加工性能。
