成型特性:

PP具有结晶的特性，吸水性极低、长期于如金属发生接触容易分解、容易发生熔体破裂的情况。

PP具有良好的流动性，但是其在加工过程中收缩率过大，容易发生凹痕、变形、缩孔、缺胶等现象。

PP熔体冷却速度很快，浇注和冷却时应该进行缓慢散热，并且注意控制成型温度。

PP加工时塑料厚壁须均匀，避免尖角、应力集中、缺角等现象。

可以在100℃的环境中正常工作，由于PP具有良好的绝缘性能，可以用于一些防静电产品的应用，但是在低温的情况是容易变脆、耐磨性差、易老化，由于PP具有良好的耐化学性能具有良好的耐酸、耐碱特性所有适合用于制造一些机械中耐腐蚀、绝缘的零件塑胶原料有无毒的特点也可以用于一些塑胶餐具（勺子、叉、碗、碟）或是一次性餐具。

PP塑胶原料主要应用范围

汽车行业：汽车引擎盖、汽车内部装饰件、汽车外部饰件、风扇、通风管、挡泥板、通风格栅等应用）
