PA66 --人们越来越有兴趣将激光（传输）焊接作为汽车电子元件的连接技术，因为其在连接PA66塑料元件的过程中无需接触或机械加载，也不会产生灰尘。因此，它不仅比胶粘技术更清洁，也避免了其他技术中会产生振动从而对电子元件造成损害的问题。可以用激光焊接工艺将元件顶部特别可靠地密封起来。在激光焊接过程中，当能量传递到能吸收激光的元件上时会造成其熔化，并将其与另一个激光可透过的元件连接到一起。所有黑色标准PA66材料都能吸收一定量的激光，因此挑战就在于开发出激光可透过的材料。激光焊接工艺需要该特殊材料具有良好且特别均匀的激光可透过性。除了众所周知的黑色激光可透过的Ultramid A3WG6 LT（PA66）外，巴斯夫早已提供了一种特别合适的Ultradur牌号，它能够保证很高的加工安全性。【PA66】
