PA66的加工性能
PA66的粘度小，高压注射下，充模快，如果气体不能及时排出，制品容易产生气泡、灼伤等缺陷，模具必须开设排气孔或排气槽，一般开在浇口的对面，排气孔直径为Ф1.5-1mm，排气槽深度小于0.03 mm。PA66在熔融状态下粘度低，流动性好，机筒内也不可避免留有部分残余压力，如果采用开放式射嘴，开模取出制品时熔体会从射嘴处流出（即流涎现象），既浪费材料又影响正常生产，故需采用自锁式射嘴，常用弹簧针阀式射嘴。由于 PA66具有韧性、自润滑性、进料困难、剪切生热大、熔高、熔融速度快、易分解等特点。要求螺杆具备压缩排气集中，吃料能力强，驱动力大，耐磨性好。因此， PA66注塑加工的塑化系统为：螺杆的加料段较长，加料段的螺槽较深，压缩段、均化段较短，机筒加料段处拉槽....
